A lot of people will say that Facebook doesn’t have a reach tool but they are wrong. There are actually 2 different ways to control how many people your posts will reach. The first is to access the individual page setting screen where you can see your post reach settings, and the second way is to use the editing bar underneath the post when you’re writing your post on Facebook.
